Villagers Suffocate when Waking Up

Villagers sleeping in the house "plains_big_house_1" will either get stuck in a block with a glass pane above it, phase through the walls out of the house (taking fall damage if they are on the 2nd floor), or suffocate in the wall upon exiting their beds.
