Infinite Villager Spawn

What I expected to happen was...:
That no Villagers will respawn xD

What actually happened was...:
Villagers spawn everytime i join the game

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Join the game
2. Villagers Spawn
3. Kill The Villagers
4. Quit the game
