Minecart with TNT does not affect rails when exploding

1. Place down an Activator Rail
2. Place your Minecart with TNT on the Activator Rail
3. Place any type of Rails around the explotion radius
4. Place a redstone block next to the Activator Rail to ignite the tnt
5.
