Noteblocks does not play the guitar sound

What I expected to happen was:
To hear the guitar sound's play

What actually happened was:
The harp sound played instead

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a wool in any color down
2. On top of it a noteblock
3. Then activate the note block with redstone or by clicking on it with [build block] key
