zombies are getting through walls

*What I expected to happen was that zombies will stay on the other side of the wall

*What actually happened was they just passed in!

*Steps to Reproduce:
1. i was mining in a ravine when i found a dungeon so i decided to make a zombie farm that used water to drown zombies
2. when i was collecting xp that weird thing happened
3. just watched
