Severe lag do to DELL Laptop with lots of files. Goes to 0 FPS!

What I expected to happen was...:
Have the game run even smoother after 1.2.5, but instead it ran much slower, and even slower by every update. In both Gamemodes, Survival it gets me killed easily, Multiplayer too.

What actually happened was...:
After 1.2.5, my MineCraft got much slower. Slower and slower by every update that contains anything new. I am using a DELL Laptop.
It is the worst in Jungle biomes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a DELL Laptop
2. Log into the game.
3. It will lag out.
