I'm have updated from 19w12b to 19w13a and it looks like it wont render part of the village

So I was playing Minecraft with my friend and my computer couldn't render the village. Could it be because I have updated? Is that normal that your computer has trouble render world data sometimes when you update to a new snapshot?
