Torches, sea pickles, lanterns, and pressure plates can be placed on top of bells.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a bell and obtain a torch.
2. Attempt to place the torch on top of the bell.

Observed Behavior:

Torches, sea pickles, lanterns, and pressure plates can be placed on top of bells.

Expected Behavior:

Torches, sea pickles, lanterns, and pressure plates would not be able to placed on top of bells.
