Dull flowers in flower pots

As you can see, I'm using the newest textures from snapshot 19w13a...

I'm not sure if its a lighting bug or something wrong with the resource pack (default).

The flowerpots displayed are noticeably "duller" than the flowers placed on the dirt. I counted the pixels on the pots and on the flowers, its the same... So I'm not sure whats going on here
