Infinity Bow Shoots With no Arrows

What I expected to happen was...:
I shouldn't be able to shoot an infinity bow without an arrow in my inventory. 

What actually happened was...:
I was able to shoot an arrow from an infinity bow without any arrows in my inventory

Steps to Reproduce:
Get a bow with infinity

Make sure you don't have any arrows 

shoot the bow
