Version 1.13.2 Crashing Consistently on Startup

Whenever I launch the game from the client, the start screen appears in a small window and is frozen, crashing on any click. I've tried everything to fix this, including allocating more or less RAM, fresh install after uninstall and .minecraft folder deletion, roll back to previous versions, and each step in the suggested fix guide. Please someone help me fix the issue.  The output log is successful until the narrator x64 library load, and fails afterwards. I also tried a suggested fix from a previously reported issue, saying the problem resolved if the client is kept open and output log is shown, but this did not work for me.
