my screen is flashing when i hit stuff. But it isn't happening when i hide my hand in settings

my screen is flashing when i hit stuff. But it isn't happening when i hide my hand in settings and i dont know what to do so if i can get some help or som answers it would be so nice. So i can enjoy playing this lovely game.
