zombies keep armor and sword when turned into drowneds

Hello!
I have a drowned grinder that turns zombies into drowneds, after using it for some time, I noticed that there were some drowneds with armor and that there were no tridents or shells, I checked out the wiki and some videos and it said that the armor and held item was dropped, but in this version, it isn't. (english is not my main language, so sorry if there were any grammar or spelling mistakes)
