Horse Jump Meter Bugged When Trying To Tame a Horse

While trying to tame a horse if you hold down the jump button, without letting go, and the horse kicks you off. The next time you get on the horse the jump meter will be filled up to where it was when the horse kicked you off. It will go away once you hold down the jump button again.
