Villagers spawned with Village Generation don't apply professions

If villager spawned with generations process it won't apply ANY profession in contrast to spawned by a player

How to reproduce:
1.Find a Village
2.Try to trigger profession apply on local vilagers
3.Not working! Spawn your own villagers
4.Working only with spawned by you
