reversed render distance and weird stuff apper on screan

 so i have this weird problem where some weird stuff start to apper on my screen i just ignore that but some chuncks start missing or render distance go littery reversed (dont ask about or think about how that look ) well in singleplayer nothing crazy happens for while

so every time game were no longer playable i just tried to restart but it dosent even help just making worse i thought on reinstalling whole game but that didnt help and now every thing that happens on multiplayer work the same on singleplayer

im so sorry but i have no idea what make that weird stuff happens so i have totally no idea how to reproduce that
