Constant dropper/dispenser/observer clicking in certain areas of the map

When I go to certain areas in my world (inside my house, to my farm, etc.) there is a constant, annoying clicking sound that sounds like a dropper or dispenser and doesn't stop until I leave that area. There are no droppers or dispensers nearby.
