Falling out of the bed

When i go to bed and get up middle of sleeping and waking up in the morning, my character falls out from the bed, it throws me two blocks left from the bed, this happens when there's cats nearby.

My house is in trees and every time i wake up from the bed, i will fall to the ground and die.
