/killing pillagers during raid causes raid to never stop

I can't replicate this glitch but here are some things that may or may not be required to replicate and/or find the cause.

Seed: 4477915452025243468

Having village next to pillager camp

Repeatedly /killing all pillagers

Having high level of Bad Omen effect

Switching from Survival mode to Creative mode
