Game Crash on hovering over inventory items

Repeatable client only crash on hovering over items in inventory, so far buckets and illager banners seem to be the worst offenders for me.

launcher gives;

The game crashed whilst rendering screen
Error: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0
