Text Misaligned 1.13+

The spacing for the text in version 1.13 and above is broken in that is has become larger than in previous versions, making it so that less text can fit onto signs than previously possible. The attached images are on the same world using the same resource pack, one taken on 1.12.2 and the other the latest snapshot (19w12b) and are the most I can fit onto the signs. (text is intended to say "T H I S  I S  A  T E S T")
