Villagers wake up standing on their bed instead of next to it, potentially suffocating them

The title pretty much sums it up.

I know it worked in the previous snapshot (19w11b and I think 12a as well), as I could get bunk beds to work without any issues. Now, villagers get stuck in them or in the ceiling of their own house.
