Angled booster rail does not push mine cart when powered.

Typically in previous versions of the game an angled Powered rail could stop a mine cart until powered by redstone signal, in which case the cart would continue along the track. Now even when powered, mine carts will not continue moving.

STEP OF REPLICATION:

1. place rails so that the powered rail is angled
2. place mine cart on powered rail
3. activate the redstone signal of the rail
4. watch how the mine cart does not move
