Player camera gets wonky when pushing it above the player

When pushing the camera to the maximum (so it goes right above the player) it gets stuck in a certain rotation, you can still rotate the player, but you can't move the camera

I tried to upload a video showing the bug but its always too big

How do to it:

go to third-person mode and put the camera up to the maximum, the glitch will appear
