Recipe book not showing any signs of recipes

My recipe book is not showing any signs of recipes, nothing, most will show a either 1/0 or 0/1 for knowing 1 recipe og just missing materials mine doesnt.

 

I've uninstalled MC, 

I've relogged,

Cleared everything

used different Resoursce packs, and original one.

 

im open for all suggestions
