1.13.2 keeps crashing when launched

When I launch older versions of minecraft, it works. I downloaded minecraft a few days ago and played on 1.13.2 but for 2 days now it wont launch. It will load for a few seconds, say that its not responding, give me a message saying "Java (TM) Platform is not responding" then crash.
