"Reloaded resource packs" is printed to chat before the reload is complete

Pressing F3 + T to reload resource packs will print the message [Debug]: Reloaded resource packs to the chat immediately after those buttons are pressed; however, at that point, the game is just starting to reload the resource packs, which makes it a bit misleading. It would make more sense to display this message only after the reload is complete, i.e. after the Mojang logo appears and the changes are applied.
