io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception: connection refused

I was playing minecraft earlier then had a break but then when i got back on all my servers but Hypixel had this issue: io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception: connection refused. My brothers computer who is connected to the same internet in the same way is not having this problem.
