Stonecutter does NOT do damage to mobs/player standing on the block

i'm fairly certain it's a bug or not implemented yet. Please don't mark it "works as intended." or "invalid"

Shouldn't stonecutter damage a mob/player standing on the block?

Will this functionality get added in a later snapshot?

 

Example:
Stand on top of a stonecutter in survival mode.

let any mob stand on a stonecutter.

It will not take damage like from touching a cactus.
