Redstone lag

What I expected to happen was...: 

I Think that the redstone chould turn of directly when you turn the lever off/on

What actually happened was...:
When i turn a lever off the redstone lag and take sometime to turns off!!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fix the redstone lag if you try to make a commandblock system!!
