Floating Snow (MC 1.14 Snapshot 19w11b)

I found this floating snow while exploring a creative 19w11b world. I have no idea how it happened. So I was trying to walk across the water hole (See picture below) but when I crossed a section, I fell through! I looked up at the ground to find some floating snow! It probably wasn't supposed to be there, so I came here to report it.
