Control Middle Click doesn't work on noteblocks

With most blocks that can hold NBT data, like chests and furnaces, if you hold control (on windows) and middle click, the block will appear in your inventory keeping its NBT data. However, in 1.13 and after, this does not work with noteblocks. This is annoying, because it is easier to copy noteblocks than to right click a lot

 

Steps to Recreate:

1) Place noteblock

2) Right click noteblock a few times

3) Hold control and middle click

4) The data will not copy
