Blast furnace crashing game

Issue when using the blast furnace that causes the game to crash immediately.

only happens when shift-clicking items into a blast furnace, a regular furnace was not shown to have this issue.  I was able to recreate this issue multiple times. The smoker also did not seem to have this issue. This problem was not present before this snapshot.

 

I have included a crash report from one of these instances.

 

(Edit: After these instances, I have now begun to have repeated crashes with this piece of information attached - 

The game crashed whilst ticking block entity
Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: POI never registered at eu{x=-47, y=97, z=-520}
