Some accessibility setting remained in other setting page

Four accessibility setting is remain left in two setting page:

1.Chat setting

 -Opacity

 -Narrator

 -Text background opacity

2.Sound option

 -Show subtitle

If you change one of the setting, another mirrored setting also change
