Ladder, Button, and Redstone bug

Every time I try to climb a ladder it just disappears, if I walk into or onto a button or redstone the Same thing happens. Please Fix it!

What I expected to happen was...:
Nothing

What actually happened was...:
It just disappeared and didn't drop anything.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a button on any surface and walk into or on it.
2. place a ladder on a wall, walk into it.
3. Place Redstone on the ground and walk on it.
