Potatoes, carrots, sweet berries, cocoa beans and all seeds items use the placed crop block name as the item name

EDIT: Testing shows this affects the carrot, potato, beetroot seeds, melon seeds, pumpkin seeds and wheat seeds.

Note how a) the texture has not changed, and it still only shows a single carrot, unlike the 1.4 snapshots, and 2) there is only one item present in the stack. The ID minecraft:carrot also seems unchanged and singular.
