My screen view is shaking side to side and if I scroll up or down in inventory it shakes up and down when I scroll it happens Severely all the time

I was playing one of my worlds until 5 minutes later the screen view was shaking side to side and inventory was shaking up and down when I scroll up or down and it happened severely this happened almost all of the time since early January 2019
