so theres alot of bug problems with hostile mobs on the latest snapshot version of java mobs are not spawning on the surface just underground and have to relog for them to spawn every night quite annoying and im on hard survival mode

so theres alot of bug problems with hostile mobs on the latest snapshot version of java mobs are not spawning on the surface just underground im on hard survival mode and need mobs to create my things and them not spawning are causing problems
