Disconnect when chunk's limit of 2mb is reached by using signs

The bug

Placing a lot of signs with this text to fill up chunks can cause the chunk to go over the 2mb limit, when this happens, you'll be automatically kicked because it cannot render the chunks anymore.

How to reproduce

1. Make a dump world.
2. Copy this text on sign.
3. Place around 12000 signs, use /clone If needed.
   → Upon reaching the chunk limit of 2mb, you'll be kicked till those signs are destroyed (unlikely on vanilla)
