Minecart bounces off of invisible block on corner rail.

 Every time I send a minecart out, it bounces back. I have no barrier blocks placed where this is happening. This also happens if I go around the corner shown in the attached video and send the minecart from the opposite end of the track. I am sorry for the poor video quality. It was taken on my phone.
