Block Visual Bug

This bug occurs in MC 19w09a (from my personal findings and none other).

The visual bug is when the player is looking at dirt blocks from a side angle, it appears to have ladder or vine blocks hanging on the side from a distance, and has a grey texture to it. Likewise in the distance, with render distance set to 9, blocks may have a black checkered pattern at times.

This doesn't occur in any other snapshot I've loaded in, and occurs in worlds loaded in under this specific snapshot.
