Snapshot: Paintings & Item Frames Won't Stay In Place

Paintings & item frames won't stay in place, pop off of their surfaces every time the game is reloaded or a player dies. They reappear after reloading the game, which duplicates them. They almost always pop off their surfaces immediately.
