Extreme Haste when given Conduit Power effect in latest snapshot

I wanted to start a survival world similar to the Deep End series by CaptainSparklez, so i started an ocean buffet world and gave myself the Conduit Power effect. The effect not only succeeded in its main task, it also gave me a form of ultra haste. This Haste worked on all mining tools but only worked on ores when not in water. I hope this report helps get it fixed.
