Ender Dragon animation issue

What I expected to happen was...:

Ender Dragon wing animations ** to run smoothly

What actually happened was...:
No pauses or smoothness between each frame of animation on the wings

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the End
2. Trigger the Ender Dragon spawn 
3. Laugh hysterically
