[MC-145293] Spectator Hardcore Render chunk

How to Reproduce

Create New world or open exist hardcore

Die in

Click spectator mode in death screen

or open exist hardcore world

and die or open lan world and type

/kill @s

Chunks stops rendering

It does affect only hardcore world

If you already in spectator in hardcore world after world opens, entity can't move and spinning.

If you click it can't get in entity head
