Spawn under neither portal

What I expected to happen was...:

I wanted to go in the neither by using a portal 

What actually happened was...:
In the neither, whatever I'm doing, I spawn UNDER the portal, but when I'm coming back in the real world, I'm spawning in the portal. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a neither portal

2.Go inside
