Performance Issues While Traveling in The END

The whole problem consists when you go into the end, defeat the ender dragon, and use those little teleport boxes, the ones you use to find end cities.

When I go through one, it tries to teleport me, but it just appears in the void, and my game crashes. On launching again the game reverts back to a previous save.
