The bug

Players' arms and legs move back and forth constantly when gliding with elytra at slow speeds.

How to reproduce

1. Obtain elytra and firework rockets
2. Use a firework rocket to begin gliding with your elytra
3. Glide with the elytra slowly by constantly turning and changing directions

Observed behavior

Your arms and legs move constantly.

Expected behavior

Your arms and legs would not constantly be moving.
