Nether travelling prevents mobs from spawning in overworld

When using the nether to fast travel between two locations on the overworld, mob won't spawn in the overworld after teleporting to the destination. Returning to spawn enables back mob spawning. Said destination has no mob spawn problem when travelling only in the overworld.
