I can not move any entity type in version 1.13.2

I can not move entities in my world of minecraft or mobs or minecrats or anything and it just happens to me in a world survival in others I'm doing fine I've changed even from 1.13.2 to the snapshot of 1.14 and it does not work this bug bothers me very much. I would attach a test video but only files of less than 10 mb can be uploaded. Sorry for my english i am spanish
